At Star Labs, we stand behind the precision and quality of our electronic equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Star Labs account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure all components, manuals, and original cables are securely packed back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Final Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
